Lightly unfiltered, golden-yellow colour with a bubbly white cap, good stay and some spots of foamy lacing. Fresh herbal aromas with the cereal and spicy Pils malts. This continues into the taste and the finish is mildly dry. The grassy hops are as nice in the flavours. This is quite a beautiful, dry and spicy light Pilsner that does not feel like a light one.

Can: Poured a clear golden color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with some very faint residual sugar notes and floral hops notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes and some subtle residual sugar notes with dry floral hops undertones. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well made lager with very good drinkability.

A golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with German grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at Montréal location.
