Isle Of Wight Holiday Beer#13. Golden, excellent body, flavour is achilles heel here, it's not quite stated enough, but the low alcohol content accounts for this. Fruity enough sour though.

Can from Kill the Cat, Brick Lane, London. Lightly hazed yellowy-gold with a white head and a light fizz. Floral up front (peach blossom?) with lemon coming through. Sweetish with a light sourness. Intensely refreshing and very moreish. I thought this was excellent, especially given the low strength.

Christmas present ordered from the brewery. Aroma is sour, vinous, citrus. Herbal edge. Opaque gold. Foamy white head. Sour flavour - citrus, light vinous notes. Underlying creamy fruit sweetness. Herbal, onion hints. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat-soft carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Refreshing Sour but with sweetness.

Keg at Meat & Barrel, Southsea. A hint of sour fruit but aroma is minimal. Hazy pale gold. Thin creamy translucent white head. Medium-heavy sour. Tart. Lemon juice. Bitter edge. Underlying tropical fruits. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Light and refreshing.
