We hopped throughout the brewing process, adding Cascade for its flowery and spicy and slight grapefruit aroma, Centennial for its hop bitterness and floral qualities and then dry hopped with Citra to further accentuate the citrus notes.
Lagered for 7 weeks with traditional German lager yeast, Cagoule was brewed for those days when you want an effortless easy drinker, whilst still enjoying a taste of a flavoursome hop bomb.

Can at home, from an online peddler, 11/04/21. Hazed orange with a decent white cap formed of frothy bubbles. Nose is orange zest, pale malts, grass, light pine, melon, toasted malts. Taste comprises tangerine, pale malts, grass, pine dusting, melon, light cereals, floral edge. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced hop bitterness. Decent enough hoppy session gear.

Can ordered from Ghost Whale. The new 6.2% version. Aroma is spicy with citrus and a hint of onion. Hazy pale medium gold. Frothy white head. Medium bitter. Crisp. Underlying tart sourness. Light bodied. Thin but slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Enjoyable. Crisp and bitter.

Keg tab the Hop Locker - London. Pours hazy yellow with a tight, creamy white head. The nose has some pale grains, tangerine, ripening lemon. Light sweet flavour with some piney accents, bitter citrus rind, pale biscuits, hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with moderate sweetness, more pale bread, biscuits, grass, rind. Not bad.
