Cask at the GBBF 2018 07/08/2018. Day 1. A clear yelow straw coloured pour with no head. Aroma is sweet vanilla custard, grassy hop,. Flavour is composed of grassy hop, tannin, harsh bitter, rhubarb. Palate is semi sweet, harsh, lowish carbonation. Little harsh.

Cask at GBBF '18, day 4, 10/08/18. Light golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is custard cream biscuits, earthy fruit, straw, airy malts. Taste comprises bittersweet fruit, rhubarb, custard, straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for the style and does what it says on the tin.

ABV: 4.0%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, custard, rhubarb, cream - vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, custard, cream - vanilla, light rhubarb. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180807]

Cask at GBBF. It pours clear blonde with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, rhubarb & custard boiled sweets, custard cream and icing sugar. The taste is sweet, sticky, oily, green veg, custard cream, rawness, spice and earth with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Fair and a bit messy.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Obvious vanilla,. sweetish. Floral fruits and bitterish citric peel. Smooth finish. Mildly amusing.

Tried at the Cardinals Hat, Lincoln. Deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma vanilla and rhubarb. Taste sweet light those sweets. Medium body.
