GBBF Day 1. Cask. Light haze on this gold - amber beer, no head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, very mild carbonation. Smooth dry pale malts. Whisper of tangy honey. Orange peel and marmalade. Very mild funk. Light finish. A tad awkward but okay.

Cask at GBBF. It pours clear golden - amber with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, bright, fruity, sherbet, orangey, lemon - lime and candied peel. The taste is dry, bitter, sherbety, lemon - lime, earthy, wood, oily, resinous, slick and grass with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Sherbet. Not bad. Actually decent.
