Pours deep amber into a tulip. White head recedes to nothing. Sour apricot and cherry aromas. Sharp and dry with sour citrus and apricot upfront turning to tart funk before the abrupt finish.

750 ml corked and caged bottle purchased at Boulevard Brewing Company Tours & Recreation Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Date L030817-1 printed on bottle. The pour is a clear, slightly darker golden, with a noisy fizzy off white head. The head falls quick, reminiscent of champagne. The aroma is a bright citrus sourness, tart and then the earth and wood. Clean, well integrated nose. The taste is initially a mouth puckering citrus, approaching vinegar sour tartness, nice lemon citrus fruit and clean tangerine and earth towards the back. The wood is present in the finish as the beer warms. The palate is light bodied, with a fine fizzy carbonation and the clean citrus fruit and tart sour lingering with the wood in the finish. This was nice.

Capped 750 shared by Marcus. Pours light copper with a transient whitish head. Aroma of citrus and apricot with a light sour note. Med body or better. Flavor is sour apricot with Brett notes. And wood. Rather acidic/tart but quite tasty due to the fruits.

Tasting at Oakes' Manor
Cloudy dull golden color with no head. Some lemon peel aroma, Indian food. Very sour, it has a good character of citrus fruits, good depth.
Very nice.

Hazy, but with a dull tan. Kind of a muddy look. Has some brett, pedio. On the palate, it's pretty complex...with bretty, leathery notes. It's not bad - picks up some barrel so some woody notes to go along with the brett. Has good complexity and body.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of acidic pitted stone fruits, plenty of wood and light wild yeast. Flavour is very woody, with light acidity, stone fruits, and oaky wood barrels. Woody and moderately acidic on the finish. Very good.
