Bottle shared at Partizan. It pours clear golden with a medium white head. The nose is baked bean, earth, barnyard,, tart lemon, light funk and light sweetness. The taste is sharp lemon, lime, lemonade, moderate acidity, wood, white grape and sour apricot with a dry, tart finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Not a massive fan of the nose, but it tastes rather nice (i.e. damn sour).

Sampled @ Haand 2013. Slightly hazy dark golden body with practically no head. Wonderful in aroma, light malt, berries, fruit, wine and pleasant acidity. Flavor is fresh and fruity with moderate and balanced acidity, red berries and a light hint of wood. Fine body and dry aftertaste. Tasty and very quaffable.

0.5l bottle shared with The Tasting Crew. This is a clear dark golden one with a medium sized islandy grey top. Not to extreme on the nose, but some woody acidity here. Yeah, sour red berries like red currants and lingon berries. Not to much more really, perhaps a swift of some sweet caramel, but that's it. Strong grain-sourness. The green grapes that is, and the wood is present. What's not present is the Bordeaux barrels this has been stored on. White currants, sour leafs and soft white wine vinegar towards the finish. Some acetone as well. Alvinne is an exciting brewer, a bit strange perhaps, but exciting. 06.02.2013

Bottle shared with (and courtasy of) the Bergen Tasting Crew. Has a clear golden orange colour with a small off-white head. Sour aroma of rowanberries and apple cider vinegar but also sweet berries, birch and some lemonade and alcohol. Very pleasant. The sour berries continues into the mouth along with gooseberries, red currants, some wood and again more apple cider vinegar. Has a slick and soft mouthfeel, and a nice berry bitterness. A good and easy-drinking sour beer.
