Gravity cask at Clacton-on-Sea CAMRA Beer Festival 2024. Pours light hazed pale gold, white foam. Aroma & taste: citrussy, somewhat floral, grassy hop bitterness. Medium sweet & bitter. Medium body with soft carbonation.

(Cask at Tapping the Admiral, Kentish Town, London, 9 May 2024) Amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Hoppy, fruity nose with orange peel, resin and toast. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of orange peel, grapefruit, resin, crisp-bread and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Cask ale, half-pint, shared with Finn at Fisherman's Cottage. Stable white head, next to clear amber-gold body, spotty lacing. Ripe fruity nose, hints of grain. Taste of grassy hops with grainy malts beneath. Hints of mid-dry bitter ending. Fair enough. (Reading 24.10.2019).

Cask @ Ealing Beer Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, straw, fruits, bitter hops and malt. Nice bitter finish.

1/2/2019. Cask at the XT Brewing tap takeover at the New Inn, Colchester. Pours dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of malt, hops, light tropical and citrus fruit, and a hint of wood. Medium plus sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Light bitterness to finish.
