Craft lager, properly lagered for 3 months. Aroma of honey and bread. Smooth mellow bitterness throughout provides a full mouthfeel. Slightly fruity with more honey on the long finish.

Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines, Sheffield. Clear, light gold. Film of sticky, lasting, white head. Nose has lemon hop. Some cut grass. Notes of honey malts. Touch of spice. Taste has a bready sweetness, turning light, grassy, spicy bitter. Fairly clean palate. Soft fizz. Short bitter finish. Completely smashable, tasty lager.

500ml bottle from Durham Brewery shop. Golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of grains, grassy. Taste is malt, grainy, sweetish with some citric & yeasty notes and grassy earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable lager.
