Bottle thanks to Ian. Big foamy gusher. It pours clear pale gold with big foamy white head. The aroma is papery, wet grass, cracker, chalky, sweaty and doughy white bread. The taste is firmly dry, pithy, zesty, doughy, sweet white bread, toasty grain, paper, grass and spice with a drying finish. Medium body and lively, foamy carbonation. A bit chalky and grainy. Meh.
