Sample at Churchkey. Sick color. Watermelon red with some white head. Nose pops with fruit. Strawberry, mint, Watermelon. Flavor is way more tart than the nose let's on. Salty too. More pickled Watermelon than Strawberry. Berry really comes on the end, with a fruit roll up character. Mostly dry, fruity, lightly tart finish.

Undated bottle (early Winter 22-23), from the brewery drunk 3/17/23. Light, strawberry-blonde, highly effervescent, with a pink-tinged head to ring quickly. Good clarity. Nose is bright with plentiful strawberry. That's probably the best strawberry character I've ever experienced in a beer. Culture is light, certainly no acetic and even minimal lactic. Light brett, lots of Sacch, with light pepper and mineral. Strawberry again in the flavor is authentic, juicy and just phenomenally well-done. Light tartness besides with rustic grain and fruity, lightly phenolic sacch and brett.
