Cask at Shrewsbury Hotel (at 4.5%). Pours a slightly hazy pale golden yellow with a medium sized off-white head. The aroma has oranges and floral hops. In the mouth it is sweet with malts and floral hops, and traces of citrus, melon and tangerine. Finish is quite juicy. This is eminently reasonable.

Clear pale gold with a creamy white head. Fruity with soft citrusy bitterness and underlying biscuit malt

Cask-conditioned, at the Berkeley (JDW), Bristol, 2 June 2023. Golden in colour with a slight, white, head and touch of haziness. Juicy pineapple and tangerine fruits, citrus hops, light malts and a dryish finish. Enjoyable.

[Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell.] A straw coloured pour with a tight white head; tropical fruit aroma; rather thin in the mouth but with a delicious pineapple taste, then a well-rounded bitterness with some berry fruit to finish. Fresh and very satisfying.

Cask at MS HW, 23/07/21. Hazed orange with a good sized off white head that stays for the show. Nose is orange pith, grass, light pine dusting, melon, papaya. Taste comprises orange peel, grass, melon, citric tinged straw, toasted grains, lychee, trace of stoned fruits. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Solid cask pale.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 17th July 2021. Hazy gold with shallow whitish foam and full lacing. Hoppy aroma with yeasty notes. Masses of tropical fruits in-mouth and a ‘peach melba’ finish. Smooth mouthfeel and light body.
