Cask, third, shared with Finn at Southwark Brewing Company. Faint lacing from a filmy layer, clear golden body. Peachy aromas. Fruity taste profile including peaches and citrus. Mid-sweet fruit hoppy finish. Fair enough. (Bermondsey, London 19.10.2019).

Delt med Rune. Lys varm gylden. Klar. Så vidt litt skum langs glasset. Lett ferskenaroma. Smaken balansert. Tørket frukt. Kjeks i ettersmaken.

Cask: Poured a golden with white head. Aroma is butterscotch. Taste is flat butterscotch.

Cask at the Corstorphine Inn. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon and light coconut. Definitely got sorachi in! Taste is light bitter, more sorachi, malt sweet. Bitter finish.

Cask at the Brewery, 04/08/18. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is lIght breads, tangerine, pale malts, grass. Taste comprises melon, airy malts, breads, hint of vanilla, peach. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with very light sorachi. Some butterscotch going on here but still drinkable.

Cask@Southwark Brewing, London - Golden yellow pour with white head. Sweet fruity and pale bready malty with some citrus fruity notes, medium to light body, soft carbonation, slight buttery edge into them finish.

ABV: 4.6%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, fruity, light spicy hops - earthy hops, light citrusy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180731]
