En fût à la brasserie. Levure Belge évidente au nez. Fruité aux agrumes, légères épices. Dorée. Partiellement voilée. Fruitée en bouche. Épicée mais le poivre est discret. Effervescence active. Très bien.

Hazy bright yellow-golden colour with a big frothy white cap that stays very long with the very active carbonation. Thick foamy lacing is left. Peppery nose with some lemon zest, orange juices and Saison yeast. The taste shows citrus, but not too bitter, still a sharper bite with the pepper, but not overly. Orange peel lingers. All-around pretty nice for a local, micro Saison with pepper.
A hazed blonde saison with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light pepper and curacao, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Curaçao, faint pepper, classic.
