A hazed dark reddish amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light acidic notes, pleasant. In mouth, sweet ground cherry, light lactic notes, light cork and acidity, oxydation, still solid.

Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2017-08 getrunken. In der Nase ist dieses hier mit eine typischen Rodenbach Vintage vergleichbar. Doch am Gaumen kann es für mich nicht diese hohe Klasse halten. Es bleib aber immer noch ein tolles Sour Ale, wo der hohe Alkohlgehalt sehr gut eingebunden ist.
