Can from the Black Toad. Appearance - murky orange with a big fluffy white head. Nose - orange and ripe melon. Light earthy resin. Taste - a general tinned fruit cocktail thing going on. Yeasty and grassy underneath. Palate - light bodied fairly balanced bitterness. Overall - decent.

19th July 2017: trade session at the CAMRA Beer Festival in Shrewsbury. Golden amber pour, misty: white wispy head. Hop laden brew with a decent malty base for the hops to attack, dank, piney and bitter, liked it.

Amber, slight haze, creamy white head
Aroma of nice citrus fruits, oranges, not bad
Taste of citrus fruits, zesty hops, grapefruit and orange, fruity malts, good flavour, plenty of hops
Palate - Medium body, bit sticky, good bitter sweet balance. Finish of fairly bitter zest

Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell on 7th April 2017. Hazy amber with disappearing, shallow, scantly lacing foam. Malty aroma with hoppy grassiness. Grassy hop in-mouth with hints of tangerine citrus. Malt, grass and citrus in the finish. Medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.
