Pineapple aromas with coconut hints. Slightly hazed, deep golden colour with a frothy-bubbly white cap, average retention and some decent lacing streaks. Pineapple taste as well, with a light dry finish. Fairly juicy, almost crisp for the most part. Gets hazier as it pours with some small particles running through. A touch of tropical fruit in the flavours with some citrus peel. The dryness seems building as it goes. Smooth, fruity, but not my favourite for a juicy IPA.

(473ml can from Intermarche St Jean, Quebec City) Pours lightly hazed orange-gold with a decent white head and spotty lace. Aroma of pink grapefruit peel and pulp, red berries, pineapples, dried flowers and soft. malty notes. Flavour is moderately sweet with juicy fruit candies, grapefruit pulp, sweet pineapple, peach, potpourri florals, some sugary malt and brioche, drying somewhat in the finish which is lightly astringent and quite floral, citrus peels in the background, slides towards soapy in the aftertaste. Light to medium body, somewhat creamy, moderate carbonation. Solid stuff as usual from Boréale, not the most juicy but one of the better implementations of Talus for me.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit, tropical fruit, very nice and smooth.
