Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing.Aroma of dry rustic malt notes with light peppery yeast notes and dry cereal notes is enticing. Taste is a nice mix of dry rustic malt notes with some peppery notes and dry cereal notes. Body is about average with excellent carbonation.Very enjoyable saison with a great mix of drinkability and complexity.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light perfumy notes and light chalky notes. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light cloves, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Pours a hazy golden colour with an orange hue. White cap, average retention and some good lacing spots. Orange and coriander is what I smell, so really feeling like a witbier, with its richness. Pretty much the same for the taste, just a tad lighter. Not a bad brew, but seems more like a witbier, than the citrus, grass and Belgian Ale yeast of a Saison.
