On tap at la Drive, pours black with a small beige head. Nose is subdued, with faint notes of raspberry, lactose and floral notes — very timid. Flavour is floral and gently fruity, with plenty of raspberries upfront, amplified just the lactose sweetness, and rounded off with some gentle floral notes. Needs more body and oomph in general, but the flavours are nice. The raspberries are incorporated well, especially considering fruit doesn't often work well in imperial stouts. Decent.

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with loads of raspberries, vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice and rich. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, subdued raspberry, light lactic notes, very nice. On tap at brewery.
