Poured from 473mL can (pkg 26/09/2024). Murky yellow with small white head. Citrus and tropical hops with some cat pee, feint chalkiness, but otherwise held up quite well despite its age. Decent.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours opaque gold with a thick creamy white head and lace. Aroma isn't as punchy as expected, creamy floral papaya, lychee, mango, sugared pink grapefruit, orange and pineapple in the background. Flavour is much jucier than the nose would imply though only moderately sweet due to retiring pale malt, floral and tropical, core of orange and papaya, white grape, pineapple, soft lychee, grapefruit building through the middle of the sip into the finish which is quite dry and low bitterness with prominent grapefruit peel and pith notes and some white grape, very floral. Medium-bodied, very creamy, softly carbonated. The nose is a little weak but on the whole this is an excellent DIPA.

First of two Double IPAs at 8.7 % ABV from this brewery (other is Nomadisme). Hazy golden-orange colour with a frothy-bubbly white cap, good retention and nice foamy-soapy lacing. Aromas are well-blended with the orange-lemon, zest, juices and some soft oat sweetness. The flavours are much of the citrusy same. The mouthfeel has a good dryness, and light tartiness is left on the tongue. It is fairly smooth, lightly creamy and goes down very nicely, almost like a hazy APA.

A hazed yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with dank resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and smooth. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of hoppy undertones with some tropical flavors and dry juicy finish. Taste is also a mix of juicy hoppy floral undertones with light dank notes, some citrusy and tropical flavors with a semi-dry finish. Body is full with good carbonation. Solid juicy NEIPA.
