Second of two Double IPAs at 8.7 % ABV from this brewery (the other being Fontaine). Hazy golden-orange colour with a frothy white head, decent retention and some nice creamy lacing streaks. A little more juicy in the citrus aromas with the zest being a bit milder. The mouthfeel is a little less dry, so more on the juicy side. Oranges over lemons. Some slight spiciness from the hops. Quite easy to drink, and very juicy for a Double IPA. I kind of preferred this one going down.

A hazed yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light sulfur notes, light dank notes, grapefruit pulp and citrus. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, dank notes, light fruity esters, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy juicy hops notes with some light tropical notes and some residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of juicy citrusy notes with some light tropical notes and quite a bit of residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA but a bit too sweet for my liking.
