473mL can. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Toasted marshmallows, caramelized sugars, and graham crackers on the nose. Flavour has lots of toasted marshmallows, some burnt sugars, graham crackers; fairly dry for a pastry stout. Nice.

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, chocolate, marshmallow, vanilla and has a nice roasty finish.

A red copper brown stout with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits and light chalky notes. In mouth, sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, light vanilla, pleasant. On tap at The Joyce.

Can, 473 ml, via Electros (thank you!) - CANBIF, at Sébastien Bertrand on October 26, 2020, savoured on November 13, 2020; eye: dark brown, opaque, ring of brown head, light lacing; nose: coffee, acidity, light burnt; mouth: coffee, acidity, light burnt, slight vanilla, light ashy, finale in coffee with ashy presence, medium-light body, good carbonation, lightly bitter, lightly sweet, a bit thin; in summary: a bit disappointing FRANÇAIS

Can: Poured a light black color stout with a large light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of chocolate notes with some light roasted malt and residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of light roasted malt notes with some chocolate notes and too much residual sugar notes. Body is too thin for the style with good carbonation. Too thin and too sweet to be truly enjoyable.
