Brewed with Himalayan Salt, this Gose is tart, supremely drinkable and balanced with a complex fruit character. Crisp citrus and lemon-lime from coriander marries with our house Lactobacillus strain creating subtle notes of stone fruit and apricot in this hazy, sessionable sour wheat beer.

Can. I have to complement Hi-wires effort to cover the full gambit of styles but this one was not very good. Keep trying though.

Ever so slightly hazy golden coloured body with a very thin, pure white head that starts at a single centimetre in height and fades to nothing a few seconds later. Aroma of brine, light vegetables, salt, a slight soured or tart note and very little else - some mild yeast and wheats. Light-bodied; Relatively pungent brine and salt note dominates at first with a tart and fruity flavour of grapes and berries with a dry herbal kick towards the end, but the wheat and smooth flavours show through and make this very easy-drinking, especially coupled with the salt. Aftertaste shows the easy-drinking qualities of the wheat, yeast and especially the briney, slightly tart note - with some of the dryness really kicking in towards the end. Overall, a nice and smooth gose with a lot of character, yet remaining super easy-to-drink and still briny yet tart. Good to try and definitely refreshing - good to sample, even after two plus years in the can! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Habersham Beverage Warehouse in Savannah, Georgia (Abercorn Street) on 04-May-2018 for US$1,62 sampled at my house here in Washington on 09-June-2020.

Tap at Local Cantina. Filtered dull tan body. Nice full pint pour. The sour is quite mild, which i enjoy. Filtered, clean, simple, more sublime than puckering. A little funky, earthy, fruity tone. Restrained, but also true to style. OK.

Can from BD Southampton. It pours clear blonde with a small fizzy white head. The aroma is earthy, sweaty, wet grass, coriander, yoghurt, must, old rope and saltiness. The taste is crisp, dry, lactic, yoghurty aspect upfront, cracker, earth, must, bit green, coriander and some saltiness. Light body and fine carbonation. Could be done with being sharper and tarter. Fair.
