Coveted amongst cidermakers, Golden Russet apples are known for their perfect balance of sweetness, acidity and tannin. Our 2016 vintage was crafted from 100% organically grown Golden Russet apples harvested from the old Miller and Sunnidale orchards near the shores of Georgian Bay. With aromas of honey and baked apple on the nose, the flavour is rich and sweet with great structure.
Perfect as a bottle of bubbly for a toast, paired with seafood or to compliment spicy dishes.
Fermented to dry, aged 6 months, bottle conditioned and unpasteurized.

Bottle: Poured a hazy dirty yellow color cider with medium carbonation. Aroma of semi-sweet apple notes with light indigeous yeast notes. Taste is also a mix of light Brett notes with some semi-sweet apple notes with light tartness.

A lightly hazed golden cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light Brett, light lactic notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet tart mix of apple jam, light acidity, light Brett, pleasant.
