Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with a small foamy head with OK retention and minor lacing. Aroma of candi sugar and brandy barrel notes with some caramelized malt notes. Taste is also a mix of caramelized malt notes with some brandy barrel notes and light candi sugar notes. Body is full with medium carbonation and light warming alcohol notes are also discernible. Enjoyable but not sure this is really a tripel.
