Our Latest Craft Invention which is a refreshingly clean crisp hoppy ale with spicy, citrus flavours and underlying subtle grapefruit notes. A delicious Lemongrass infused IPA that what it lacks in ABV it makes up for in flavour.

Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours a pale straw with a small white head. There’s lemongrass in the aroma of this one, and it carries over into the mouth. Some hints of bitterness and grapefruit there as well. Finish is verging towards horrible bitter lemon. Wasn’t too keen on this one.

Pendle Beer Festival 2019. Golden coloured ale. It's a fragrant heavy ale and somewhat overbearing in this respect.

Tried at the Peterborough Beer Festival 2017. Golden colour with a white head. Not getting the Thai connection, but a nice enough pale ale.

Gravity cask at Broood, Leicester. Blond, almost straw, with a light film of head and considerable lacing. There is quite a lot of lemongrass in the nose, along with soap and some floral notes. Taste is quite bitter, which is nice expect for more soapy flourishes near the finish. Long astringent finish. Not bad but the better elements are eclipsed by off-notes.
