A beer with some serious voltage, this IPA is crafted to spark your taste buds. The best American hops are all piled into this beer! Tropical, citrus, floral and pine can all be found in one of our most aromatic brews. A beer to really shock the system.

330ml can, as Voltage: BB 14th Oct 2021. Drank at home on 27th Dec 2020.Clean and clear amber body, short lived thin white head. Hops front to the nose, a mixture of floral, pine and citrus esters coming together nicely. The taste a pleasant blend of semi-sweet maltiness and non-bittering hops. Nice, easy drinking IPA/APA.

[50cl bottle from Roys of Wroxham.] A bright amber pour with a trace of white head; grassy hop aroma; jammy malt taste, with a light bitterness; and a biscuity finish with some citrus and floral notes.

Can 330ml (KCM Puuvilla)
Amber-golden colour, medium-sized white head. Flowery, malty, piney aroma. Light-bodied. Citrus, toffee, spicey hops and malts in the flavour. American hops are there but it has clearly UK vibe. Nice.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 03/2021 Aroma has caramel malt, toffee and floral notes. Flavour has toffee candy, minerals, floral notes, some fruity hops and caramel. Finishes with menthol. Not my kind of IPA.

Third by cask, shared with Finn on the third day of GBBF Winter 20, Astbury Bar. Clear amber body, bubbly surface, dotted spots on the nose. Moderate malt-fruity aromas. Grassy hops, leaves and biscuit to the taste buds, a piney note to the ending. Clean on the swallow. Pretty alright. (Birmingham 06.02.2020).

1/2/2019. Cask at the Purple Dog, Colchester. Pours slightly hazy pale amber with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of hops, fruit, malt, biscuit and flowers. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Light bitterness to finish. Not bad, but pretty standard.
