Dark brown pour, with a small off white head. Aroma is loaded with spice. especially cardamon, and cloves, with hints of licorice, coffee, and some light nutmeg. Mouth feel is good, carb is thin. Finish has a low bitterness, sharp spices, zero sweetness. Really just a spice bomb, not my bag.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a nice, quickly dissipating, soapy head. Scents include chai, allspice and a light coffee. First swig was very roasted with strange flavours. Melloids cough drops, Vicks Vapo rub...etc. Finish is roasty and a little sweet. There is a little Chai flavouring in the background...

Bottle with cap and resealable flip-top. Pours a real dark brown colour with hardly any highlights. Creamy-froth mocha-coloured head, good retention and some light lacing. Chai latte smell with the spices (cinnamon, cloves), roasted malts with notes of dark fruits and chocolate. The taste does not have much of these spices. More of the stout-side with the roasted malt. Burnt wood lingers giving some smokiness. Eventually, some nice hoppiness appears in the aftertaste. Pretty easy-drinking overall with the beautiful aromas which do not over-rich the mouth.
