Draught White head, lacey over veiled yellow beer. Sweet malts, leaves, straw, some toast and dry hops. Bitterish, hoppy flavour as onset; then more classical pale malts, if never getting sweet. Light body, gristslick, nowhere empty. This is how anyone can enjoy lager. Txs to Jitka!

# 739; 5/2017. Nepříliš výrazný, ale poměrně dobrý pilsner, sladový, trochu kořenitý.

On tap @Stary Špital in Mikulov-CZ. Orange clear and bright Piotr, pretty vivid. Decently persistent white cap. Nose: I spot the same character of the black lager, much hay, grains, raw malts. The bohemian aroma is there, mind you, although not dominating. Mouth; medium-high carbonation, malty crumb with an important although not invasive bitter finish.

Draught in Strefa Piwa, Kraków. Golden colour, nice long lasting head. Aroma is malty, with a bit of butterscotch - typical for Czech pilsners. Medium bitterness, which is even a bit aggressive. Solid, good one.
