Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear deep golden with a dense, white head. Nose is metallic, some vegetables. Medium body, some maltiness but again metallic (Thisted Bryghus?) and a rather bitter finish. Lacking the straightness and cleanliness of a proper Heller Bock. 170818

GYG 280718. Deep golden color with a beige head. Aroma is caramel, fruit, malt. Flavor is caramel, fruit, malt, bread, grass, pine, hay. Nice beer.

Bottle. A clear deep golden colored beer with a small, dense, beige head leaving some lacing. The aroma is fruity, with caramel and bread, some grass, pine cones and a touch of hay. The flavor is sweet, a bit too sweet, with caramel. generic fruityness and some hay. A decent bitterness chimes in towards the finish. Full body and a soft carbonation, close to cloying, with caramel and fruityness in the end. A decent bock beer. 180728

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Viborg Sct. Kjeld Bocken ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, hay, straw, light caramel, light bread, light hoppy, grass, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, hay - straw, sweet malt, light bread, light metalic. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180714] 5-3-5-3-11

Draught at KØ18. Fruity and metallic aroma. Hazy amber colour. Small white head. The flavour is slightly malty, but fairly dry and slightly papery. Low bitterness. More paper. Not bad, though.

Bottle@yesprs - golden orange pour with thin white head. Sweet and light toasted malty with some notes of cereal, doughy yeast, bready malty, light body, vague hoppy into the close.
