Tap at 100 piv. Med-high sourness, mostly lacto, light acetic. Med-light sweetness. Medium body, med-high carbonation. Med-high fruity berryish character. Moderate yogurty lactoseish funk. Good, but not great, creamy texture that I dont really dig.

Key keg at Pigs Ears 2023, day 1 - London. Pours hazy pink with a creamy, white head. Light sweet flavour with mellow lemony acidity, some yoghurt, melon, berries, light funk. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Tart and quenching finish, nice berries, mild acidity. Solid.

Keg at the pigs ear beer festival 2023. A hazed pinkish fine white head. Aroma is Salted raspberry. Leafy berry, salt raspberry. Flavour is composed of salt, raspberry, tangy, green apple, tangy. Fruit, palate is sharp, tangy. Highish carbonation. Good.

Red with a creamy, white head. Aroma full of berries on top of a funky graininess. Tart up front, mildly sweet, then a long, sour finish. Lingering tart berry notes. Refreshing.
