Bottle as a gift. Aroma is dark malt with roast, notes of dark chocolate, caramel, coffee, a bit burnt. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and bitter. Body is medium. Overall very thin for an 'Imperial' Porter, but I do like the bitter roasty element and notes of chocolate.

29-06-18 // taster at the Farewell Tasting for Cris. Cheers to you mate! Black. Small head. Roasted malts nose. Roasted malts dominating the taste aswell, a little too much sweetness for me. --- Beer merged from original tick of Imperial Porter on 30 Jun 2018 at 00:18 - Score: 7. Bottle. Really dark ruby-brown, beige head with lacing. Coffee, burnt sugar and woody hops. Similar flavour, coffee and dark sugars, strong enough. Robust bitterness, with goode booze and spicy hop. Solid.

330ml bottle, thanks alex_leit. Dark brown, almost black with just a small layer of foam. Roasted malts in the nose, burnt bread, bit of acidity and caramel. Taste has lots of bitter caramel, black rye bread with some stale fat or oil. Mouthfeel is actually pretty OK, some roast bitterness, caramel and black bitter chocolate. Not my favourite but also nothing really wrong with this.

330ml bottle. Massive thanks to vinivini for providing this one and two others, which takes me to 100 Belarusian beers!Pours black with a small dark beige head. Aroma is roastiness, caramel, burnt coffee. Taste is light sweet, roasted malts, dried fruits, coffee, medium bitterness. Strong but drinkable. Beers like this are why Lidskae is my favourite Belarusian macro brewery. Bravo!

Bottle. Opaque deep brown to black colour. Modest beige head. Weak lacing. Aroma: treacle & caramel, dried fruit, minor roast & coffee. Medium to full body. The taste has more roasted malts & coffee. Further dried fruit, vinous notes. Noticeble bitterness.
