Draught at the brewery, 7/1/16.
Hazy, tangerine-orange body has an off-white head atop with low retention.
Blood orange-like earthiness in the nose is readily apparent and mixes with the gentle souring agents here. Lots of honey and cream-like maltiness butts in, cutting the tartness short on the end and leaving a citrusy-floral character remaining. With warming, the acidity perks up a bit and you get light lactic and orange notes combining together to give more overall balance to the nose.
Soft, floral and gently citrusy blood orange notes are layered on top of honey and biscuit-like malt flavors as well as light lactic tartness. Gentle, yet engaging carbonation keeps it drinkable and crisp on the end, in concert with the citrus component. Gains more juiciness as it warms and goes down incredibly easy. Nothing terribly complex but very refreshing and well-done in its simplicity.

Draft at the brewery. Color is a hazy gold with no head. The orange is obvious in the flavor, not sour, lightly tart.

Pink grapefruit in the finish. The texture is juicy citrus in a thinner body. Lighter than I would have guess and has a nice juicy character that gives it a high drinkable quality. Since it is under 4.5 %, you could drink it like fruit juice.
