12 oz. bottle. It had a date stamped on the label but it was off-center. Slight unclear golden color, low carbonation level showing no head. Aroma is straw, cereal grain and light grassy hops.
Flavor has a bready malt base with notes of cereal grain. Notes of honey. The finish shows notes of grass without any bitterness. Muted hop profile. Lighter body with a lightly crisp texture. Rides the line of a watery body. Pretty decent overall, fairly easy to drink.

Draught at Tip Tap Room, 4/9/16.
Sparkingly clear with maybe just a touch of chill-haze. Golden, quite soft and muted. White head is initially large but falls quickly to cover.
Grassy hops in the nose are joined by spices and herbs, but there’s a light doughiness casting its shadow over the brightness of hops preventing it from being fully realized. Some sourdough-like maltiness, as well (just guessing where that’s coming from). No flaws, though, nor alcohol.
Watery, well-carbonated and attenuated, with no flaw, it goes down nicely with herbal hops adding a peppery bite for crispness and drinkability. Again, though, there’s some doughiness as well as a seltzer-like minerality that are at odds with the lighter, playful hop notes. Still very drinkable, however.

Pours a slightly hazy golden amber from a bottle, lots of rising bubbles. Lemon biscuit aroma, some citrus notes with a lot of funk that I’m not sure was supposed to be there. Interesting beer. Not too bad.

Some beer shoppe near Springfield: Pours golden with small white head. Aroma is grain, sugar, and bread. Taste is sweet. Seems to be pretty much to style. Not particularly complex. Nice finish. Easy to drink. I kind of wish that I had a bomber of this or two bottles, as I chugged the first one down rather quickly in my thirst.
