Draught at EBF, 2/5/16.
Last beer of the night, thanks to BA, see you next year EBF...
Very vibrant, hazy, but not soupy golden-amber body shows a moderate amount of white head with medium retention.
Very fruity, juicy, tropical nose with a difficult-to-differentiate-the-brett-from-the-hops sort of thing going on. Which is nice. Definitely a good deal of sweetness behind it all, but at least, it’s all pale malt honey tones and no caramel. No alcohol, quite fragrant with plenty of dry citrus and leafy, almost herbal notes as well. Not resinous.
Fruity, bright, vibrant and with a strong dose of tight carbonation, it goes down quite easily for its size and no resin or obnoxious bitterness makes it past the rather large, perhaps a touch too sweet, body. Pineapple, lemons, limes, nectarines, apples and a bit of mango are all quite enjoyable. Seems like they did the right thing and did not primary ferment this with brett. Good one. Much less bitterness/resin/breadiness than Epiphany.

Draft Extreme Beer Fest 2016. Hazy gold in color full white head. Nice carbonation level. Aroma is bursting with tropical fruits and citrus.
Awesome tropical fruit that’s lasts through the sip. Bold citrus. Texture is juicy you can taste the Epiphany base with just a light, very light hit hint of Brett. This basically Epiphany with a mild amount of Brett yeast. I love the juicy texture.
