Draught at Ginger Man Boston, 3/31/17.
Lightly hazy, blonde-flaxen-golden body is topped by a large, white head that shows moderate retention.
Lots of lactic acid and very well-attenuated peach character in the nose with minimal spicy pit character (seems like just juice). Rather grainy, very strong wheat character behind it considerably dries out the already very stark, austere aroma. No flaws or anything but it’s not terribly juicy or harmonious here.
In the flavor it is indeed very dry, grainy with only traces of honey-like malt and lots of lactic acid and light plastic character. Furthermore the carbonation is very loose/unfocused creating a very watery texture that further highlights the grainy, dry nature of the beer instead of focusing it to get some creamy consistency.

32 oz. Growler from the brewery, filled a few hours ago. Aroma is peach, sour grain, lactic acid. Flavor is soured wheat, Funky peach character that leads to a sharp lactic tartness in the finish. The body is lighter with a yogurt, or cream of wheat hint.

For a Berliner this is pretty sour. But the peach does show in a good way. Good amount of lactic acid reflex after about 14 ounces of this bad boy.

Pours a slightly hazy pale straw into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to nothing. Peach and funk aromas. Sharp lactic wheat upfront turning to peach before the dry, lasting fuzzy peach pit finish. I would drink this in a can...

On tap at the source. Hazy deep straw color with a thin white head that dissipates almost instantly. Light white wine and peach on the nose along with some big tart lemon notes. Puckering flavor with fruity lemony and barely any malt to back it up. Pretty tasty refreshing if not a little one dimensional.
