Undated can, drunk 1/15/17.
Moderately hazy, yet bright goldenrod-brass body is topped by a medium-sized white head showing moderate retention.
Smells very NE IPA-like in the nose and the pineapple addition blends in seamlessly with the juicy, tropical hop notes. Honey and very light biscuit in the background provides ample balance, while the beer is clean and free from resin. Some light grapefruit and lemon perk up as it warms and breathes, but it remains quite juicy and bright for the most part.
In the mouth, it’s soft, with an appropriately malty, yet well-attenuated texture. Pineapple again has homogenized with the hops and the beer comes off lightly sweet at times, very juicy, but soft and highlly flavorful with low bitterness. Clean and nicely drinkable.

Tap at City Hops fairly golden pour. Slight citrus and cereal on nose. Taste of lemon, caramel, earthy bitters, almost no pineapple not sure where it is. Herbal finish. Ok

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a golden burnt orange color with a quickly dissipating finger’s worth of white foamy head. Thin messy lacing.
The aroma starts off with sweet to bitter citrus rind, nice level of resin, and transfers the balance of bitterness to the pineapple juice, semi-sweetly.
The flavor blends the sweet and bitter piney hops to the citrus rind, fair amount of bitter and hits the pineapple juice to try and balance. Citrus rind and pineapple sort of aftertaste. Crisp citrus, rind and pineapple in the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation. Nice level of bitterness.
Overall, good AIPA with Brewmaster Jack creativity. I’d have this again.

16 oz. can another share by T.J., thanks bud. Clear yellow color, weak carbonation, light lace. Aroma is weak citrus, grain, mild pineapple? Or is it suggested?
Mild caramel malt, blond grain, light citrus, mild citrus bitterness. Mild pineapple juice. Nothing special but no issues here. Just forgettable.
