Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: pale yellow cloudiness with a finger's worth of frothy white head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: orangey to mango to piney and floral hop tones; light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to juicy bittersweet quality; finishes leaning into the orangey/piney and slightly sweet mango hop parts
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness, nice low carb, low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: another nicely done single hop IPA by these guys.

16oz can pours a murky gold with some sticky, sudsy white head. Nose is nice, mango, melon, vanilla, sorbet, some stone fruit. Flavor has lime and grapefruit, then mango and melon and guava, some vanilla, peach cobbler. Finishes full bodied and smooth.

Canned 2/27/18, drunk 3/31/18.
Just straight up chicken soup. Off-white head slowly fades to cover.
Earthy and lightly estery from the yeast with cracker and light lemon emerging quickly. Gets juicier and more orange-like with low pine, no resin or alcohol. Not quite as expressive as their other single hops have been, but this one is also over a month old, to be fair.
Surprisingly, again, the beer feels clean and well-executed with no messy/doughy yeast notes. Seems like the particulate really only dulls the aroma. More dry and less juicy than the Simcoe Single and Uncanny. Green hop, almost oil-like with good bitterness. Malts show some softness but are also rather cracker-like on the end. It's very dry, bordering too dry/grainy. With the extremely low sweetness, it almost feels like sucking on a hop pellet. Kind of marginal beer character, though some strawberry and bubble gum-like fruitiness does linger on the finish.

Fresh 16 oz. cans purchased at the source. The aroma has pithy tangerine, mild grass, light fruit. The Brewer got the most out of this hop; melon, tangerine, light grassy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with normal carbonation. More bright and juicy hops coming through in the finish, tropical fruit hints, and very mild easy grass. Really great stuff overall. Another single hop that this brewery did correctly!
