Draught at Mule Bar, 3/24/18.
Bright, glowing, hazy, lemon pie color has that translucent shine that Fiddlehead seems to always do so well. White head is small, but dense, and sits nicely at cover.
Lemon, pineapple and light cat seem to suggest at least a good portion of Citra in the hop. Earthy, dusty, lightly plastic-like house yeast character seems in-check (sometimes it dominates and ruins their beers). No resin or alcohol. Lingering lemon, black pepper and orange tea.
Lemon and some plastic, pithy, dusty notes from yeast and seemingly older hop. Quite dry but with some wheat-like texture. More heavy, crackery, borderline popcorny, grainy character that I associate with this brewer. Hops are fine, mostly showing lemon with low bitterness and resin. Good carbonation, zesty and mostly tight. Retronasal, with warming as well, shows some juice and spicy, dank character.

14 oz. draft at Mule Bar, Winooski. Cloudy pale yellow. Aroma is wheat malt, straw, light citrus. The flavor follows with decent citrus. Oats give a nice mouthfeel. Pretty decent
