4 pack of fresh cans drunk 8/4 and 8/5/17.
Lightly-to-minimally hazy, number 2 pencil yellow with softer hay hues. Well-carbonated with a small, but persistent white head atop.
Big shot of grapefruit, pineapple, nectarine and unripened mango in the nose announces this is probably going to be hops, hops and more hops. Add some grapefruit and a touch of pine on the end, continue to amp up the pineapple, throw in a bit of cracker-like malt, a touch of honey and call it a day.
Thin in the mouth, with a washed out, somewhat undermalted texture that is exacerbated by the high hopping. Grows vegetal, rather bitter and quite scalliony on the finish with pine and grapefruit pith taking over. Another poor showing of Mosaic and really not much enjoyable going on here at all; the texture really driving home the nail in the coffin.

16 oz. can purchased at Julio's Liquors. Looks like my Grand Pappy's cream ale. Pale yellow, white color, thick foamy head. Aroma is subtle pine, light florals, and vanilla hints. Wow, was not expecting the dry hopping to be this bold. Dry-hopping carries into the flavor. The texture is smooth and creamy as it should be per the style. Subtle pine lingering providing the bitterness. Mildly astringent.
