Draught at KØ18. Cloudy brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour starts off with some vegetable, but turns nicely sour. Good acetic sourness, but not too powerful.

[ As Hornbeer Grand Cru ].Murky medium amber colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, vinous, light vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, tart, fruity yeast, vinous, sweet malt, caramel, vinegar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180601] 6-3-7-3-14

From tap. Pours hazy brown, small tan head. Aroma is fruity, wineous. Sour, fruiy, wineous. Slight metallic. Sweet and sourish fruity. Wineous finish.

Ølfestivalen København. Dark amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of walnut, cherry, dark sugar and balsamic vinegar. Sweetish fruity flavour with a tart touch.
