On tap @Grand Delancy. Clear, pale gold, thick but waning head. Fresh, floral, weed whacking, strong mineral water. Minerally, bitter green, dark dry crust, hard acid crispy-ness, kinda creamy, itchy black pepper finish. Just a hair too sweet. Kinda-almost good.

Can thanks to Jack! Pours a clear light straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of straw with a growing hay presence and a bit of earthy grass in the finish. Flavor has hay throughout with a wet hay note and a bit of grass in the finish.

Pours clear gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Fresh sourdough and hay aromas. Soft with lemon joy and sourdough upfront turning to wet hay before the lasting earthy straw finish.

Draught at The Well, Brooklyn: pours mostly clear golden with a white head. Aroma is grassy, flowry, bready. Taste is lightly bitter with dirty, earthy bread. About what it should be.

Can purchased at the brewery. Crystal clear golden parents. All I get in the aroma is pils malt. Very light malt backbone a honey aspect with lightly sweet finish. No yeast esthers. Ends clean.

Draught at Brendan Behan, 8/18/18.
Just a touch of (probably chill) haze in this deep brass-golden beer with a large, white head atop showing moderate retention.
Fresh herbal hop notes with malty honey and white bread balancing easily. Clean with good mineral character and expressive but not overdone hoppiness. No alcohol noted.
In the mouth it's quite substantially malty with hints of sourdough, plentiful honey and moderate grain character with no sign of husk or overly bready maltiness. Great amount of bitterness and very high attenuation, with tight carbonation and a crisp, hoppy, grainy finish yet with soft honey notes lingering as well. Lovely stuff and very flavorful and drinkable.
