Draught at the brewery, 8/17/18.
Chill-hazed-like, warm-toned sunset orange with a small, off-white head showing moderately-low retention.
A fair amount of lightly juicy pineapple and ripe orange in the nose mixes quickly with base malt to give a very balanced nose. Clean American ale yeast and low resin further impress, with light pine and grapefruit joining in, but thanks to the malt, not producing too aggressive of a hop character. No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's clean, malty and with a substantial texture that is soft and tightly carbonated. Pineapple and very light mango lead to orange, lemon and grapefruit, with strong biscuit and honey bringing up the rear and adding some heft to the body and texture, yet providing strong balance in soaking up potential excess hop acidity. Clean, straightforward, "nouveau" West Coast IIPA. Solid.

32 oz. growler pour at the brewery, consumed within 24 hours. Hazy amber with light bubbly head. Aroma is mild juicy fruits, toasted malts, traces of pine.
The flavor starts fruity with oranges, citrus rind and comes in with a balance of malts. As it warms a sturdy amount of pine lingers in the finish. Also has a herbal character that hangs after the sip. Body is medium with dry resin texture. Nice stuff.

At the brewery. Big floral hop aroma, and lots of pine and resin in the flavor. Medium sweet but even at this hogh abv, the hops overpower the sweet malt. Good.

On tap at the Southern New Hampshire Brewers fest 7/26/2013 Mostly clear deep golden color. Earthy pine and resinous hops with a light caramel to back it up. Decent IPA
