Draught at Trillium Field Trip, 8/4/18.
Hazy, bronze-golden-yellow with a small, white head showing moderate-to-low retention.
Light pineapple, lemon and moderate orange seem about par for the course for this hop, without any intense juiciness or explosive aromatics. Plentiful cracker and biscuit crowd in on the end, but it's clean with no resin, pine or alcohol.
In the mouth it's very dry with a substantial, "chewy" biscuit and cracker-heavy texture with soft malt and lots of citrus. Light pine graces the end with engaging carbonation and no alcohol, flaw or resin. Light peach-papaya at points but not really twangy. Fruity, very lightly juicy and clean.

5 oz. draft @ Field Trip 2018. Aroma is mild fruit, mild bread. Flavor is subtle. Light herbal hints, orange, lemon, and a light grain backbone. Texture is nicely dry. Finish is real clean.

The beer is a light yellow orange color. It’s very cloudy. Medium white head. Some lacing. The aroma hasa pleasant fresh cracker malt base with loads of fruity hops. Big citrus and tropical flavors. Tangerine, pineapple, orange, mango, papaya, raspberry, lemon. Lightly bitter. Fairly dry. Nice mineral character. Juicy hop flavors abound. Good stuff. Nice mouthfeel. Medium body but quite light. Excellent beer.
