16oz pour at the brewery is a hazy lemon yellow with some wispy white head. Nose is subtle but inviting, lemon, herbs, flowers, light grist. Flavor has some grist and biscuit, lemon balm, herbs, hand soap. Finishes dry, medium bodied. 7 3 7 4 13

Aroma and flavor run together. Body has some doughy malt, orange, straw, mild yeast character. Bitterness is mild in the form of citrus peel. Overall, quite engaging.

Draught at Publick House, 8/1/18.
Clear, straw-golden. White head sits at cover.
Yellow fruit plays nicely with grass and herbal notes. It's soft, yet lightly spicy, clean and shows no NE yeast character. Kind of a breath of fresh air here, with yellow fruits galore and biscuity, light honey-providing malts. No alcohol, resin or flaw.
Light and drinkable in the mouth with great honey, cereal and soft herbal notes. Peach and nectarine are strong, as well, with low bitterness. Almost hoppy golden ale-like. Clean and dry, but still shows malt depth. No alcohol, flaw, resin, heavy yeast character.

Sample at the brewpub. Hazy golden color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
