Bellerose IPA is the liberated cousin of our Bellerose Blonde Extra. This redhead with the smile that says a lot is not in lace, but rather in tattoos. Marked by an overdose of finely selected hops, it offers a powerful and fruity aromatic profile that does not go unnoticed but always with elegance. Succumb now to the charm and personality of this original IPA.

Bottle shared thanks to Elo. Hazy light golden with white head. Soap, coriander, sweet malts, bread crust, sugary, fake citrus aroma, paper, orange peel, cardboard. Lots of funny spices and paper. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bitter. Not an IPA?

Pours dark brown, topped with a larger foamy head, beige colour. Nice tropical fruit aroma with some gentle roasty notes. Solid bitterness, quite some roasty character and soem yeastiness and herball taste. Shorter aftertaste, medium body. Too yeasty for my liking.

Bottle. Sprucetips, citrus, candy, catpiss. Not bad. Not good either. I have no patience left for this sort of candy IPA.

Bottle at a tasting at Beermalade. Loads of caramel, light cocoa/coffee. For some reason I get assertive lavender in flavour. The hops are muddled, both in terms of bitterness and character. I do not get much. Orange gelatine candy if anything. Not bad, but extra weird. And unbalanced.
