Green to Green to Green arrives to celebrate year 6; our yearly triple dry hopped double IPA is an exploration of all that we can capture in the hoppy beer space. Utilizing the foundation of knowledge and experience that another year has added to, we utilized El Dorado, Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo, and Talus hops in this mélange of luscious goodness.

16oz can pours a pulpy orange with a cap of white head. Nose is green, grassy, oranges, melons, mangoes, perfume, pine, grapefruit. Flavor is bitter, lots of orange and grapefruit and pine, herbal, grassy, starchy, soap. Full bodied, pulpy, citrus finish.

Canned 5/16/22, drunk 6/8/22. Glowing canteloupe. Dense, small, beige head showing moderately-strong retention. Smells like a bunch of floral American hops with very light melon and tangerine. Sparse, cracker and biscuit malts with no alcohol, resin or flaw. Tangerine, melon and floral notes with soft, well-attenuated malts showing cracker and white bread. Kinda feels like something similar to what Trillium's emerald necklace series is doing, though these are softer and maltier. Just don't love the hops though. Too much melon, perfume and a bit of punchy sourness on the finish. But that malt and texture is fantastic, and I like the low bitterness.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface. Melon, guava and white smarties aromas. Soft with mango and passion fruit upfront turning to hot caramel, guava and papaya in the warm, lasting finish.
