Can (3/24/22) pour. Appearance is opaque dark yellow with finger-width foamy white head with poor retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong danky herbal with background grains and general fruit. Taste is moderately strong nondescript fruit with background malt. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied lightly herbal.Overall has the typical WITF texture, look. Don’t love the strong herb but appreciate that it’s different.

16 oz can shared by tfontana. Aroma is pretty herbal but not obnoxious. Flavor has a good amount of fruit with the herb playing second fiddle. Fruit is here but not really distinguishable. Perhaps pineapple if I had to stretch it. Mouth feel is soft with the proper texture in zero bitterness.

Brewery draught, 5/19/22. Heavily hazy, drab, brass-bronze. Small, fleeting, white head. Weird, almost borderline rotting fruit nose with intense, campy watermelon and big sweet lime-papaya. Some light spice and light to moderate alcohol. Drier than expected, very spicy, dank, lightly juicy with kumquat and light peach-papaya. Definitely interesting and unique. Malts are soft, even slightly mushy. Strong kumquat-pommelo and light canteloupe lingering. Strong stuff but the alcohol never gets problematic and there's no resin or weird yeast. Does get more and more complex/interesting with warming.

Cloudy orange-brown body, medium cream head. Aroma odd and musty initially, like white grapes fermenting on a sunny deck. The off-putting elements eventually subsided. Body sharp and biting initially, mostly grape and grapeskin, complemented by peach, apricot, and floral notes; relatively dry. Dankness increases with warmth, and lychee and sweet breads also become evident. Challenging and, I think, ultimately rewarding to a degree.
