Draught @ Dive 96 Bar, Manhattan (Apr 2024). Clear deep copper with a foamy white head, caramel-malt aroma, medium carbonation, bitterish caramel taste with a bit of soapiness, thin body, long astringent finish. The soapiness is weird.

Pours clear mahogany into a willi. Off-white head with excellent retention. Dark golden syrup and seaweed aromas. Soft with sweet raisin bread, dark molasses and earthy prune front to back turning to lasting marshmallow, bitter apple and clove in the dry, lasting finish.

Draught at Power Beer Fest, 5/14/22. Mostly clear, soft-raspberry with light tan highlights. Minimal, beige head. Sweet caramel and fruity raisin with a good dose of hoppy herbs/floral notes adding light acidity in concert with some melanoidin-like malts. Soft, malty, caramel-dense with raisin and plum. A bit on the thin side, for its size, is my only complaint, otherwise the malt here is fantastic and it's quite drinkable. No flaw or alcohol, good balance.
