Shared 750 ml bottle, from Skjold Burne Hjørring. ABV is 5%. Golden colour, shortlived white head. Aroma of dust and apples. The flavour is better, refreshing apple character, dry.

Igjen er vi samlet til aktiv rusomsorg, RBHD-kveld på Bjørnøy jan-20: 0,75 flaske fra seremonimesterens importkoffert, med champagnekork og tilhørende lydeffekt. Klar gylden med fint skum som faktisk varer. Deilig eplearoma og -smak, halvtørr og smaksrik. Utpreget mersmak, og det sier litt ettersom jeg vanligvis ikke er særlig begeistret for cider.

[ As Bellot Cidre de Cru Brut ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, tart apples, sugary apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet apples, tart apples, sugary. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180601] 6-2-6-3-13
